Not a big deal but…there was no breakfast food at 9:40am and the gal was mopping the breakfast area closing it up and was rude when I asked if more food would be brought out. If you are going to start to charge additional for your amenities, at least have them available. Not cool Holiday Inn. Not cool. "

"You couldn’t set the shower temp. It was either really hot or really cold. Plus the tub was dirty and had hair in it. The pillow cases had stains. The bed was hard as a rock. It took hours for the room to cool down. The thermostat must have been 50 years old. It would take us a few minutes of trying the keys to open the door every time. "

"The manager messaged me letting me know the details. We had 1 small hiccup as i was the first of the year, as soon as a notified them if said issue, they responded immediately and fixed it. They are extremely friendly and kind. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a nice little get away. Oh and the waterfall is such an amazing feature while sitting out and reading. "
