"I had an excellent stay at the Crowne Plaza Manchester City Centre and would definitely stay here again. The location is fantastic , right in the heart of Manchester and within easy walking distance of the Arndale, Northern Quarter, restaurants, bars and transport links. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, and everyone we interacted with was helpful and accommodating. Our room was clean, modern, spacious and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and despite being in the city centre, we were able to get a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety of options and attentive service. The hotel itself is well maintained, stylish and has a lovely atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. Great location, comfortable rooms and outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend the Crowne Plaza Manchester City Centre to anyone visiting Manchester and will definitely be returning on my next trip."

"I had to move rooms on the second day because of an electrical failure in the original room - I couldnt get in. I wasnt alerted to this until I came back to get ready for the concert I had booked and went up to my room. I then had to move to my alternative room two floors up and had to move all my belongings after having to pack myself and had to rush to unpack again and get to the show on time. I questioned the receptionist why hadnt I been contacted and was told as I had a'third party booking' they had no contact details. I found this very concerning - I and my friend had checked into two separate rooms as guests at the hotel and no details were on their system....very lax on security and worrying should an emergency have happened"

"Lovely central hotel in Manchester. We had a corner room and it was really lovely. Lots of quirky features like the hole in the glass to turn on the shower! Lovely comfy bed and I had a really lovely night’s sleep. Only disappointing part was the bar closed quite early and was empty."
