"Stayed here new year and new year day with my husband and this was fine hotel, you get what you pay for, how can anyone complain is beyond me for 13 pounds each a night, you can’t camp in your own tent for that, bedding was fresh and fresh towels, basic yes but who cares for that price, staff was polite and friendly, never bother you in the slightest, we enjoyed and will go back too"

"Hotel.com didn't process booking correctly luckily Richard the owner phoned me and informed me and sorted it out over phone so our weekend wasn't ruined. If your expecting the Ritz go somewhere else if you want cheap clean and comfort go to the aysgarth hotel. Location is perfect 2 minute walk to beach or central pier. Owners couldn't do enough for you will definitely go back there again."

"Group of 10 of stayed for one night, great welcome from Conor who couldn't be more helpful. Room was spotless with everything you could want including fridge and air con. Downstairs bar is a great place for a drink before heading out for the night and Funny Girls is only a short walk away. Would definitely come here again if looking for a night in Blackpool. "

"I'm so glad I chose this Guest House to stay at, after reading some awful reviews about other places (Always do your research first. For example l, I went to the Blackpool Tower Circus yesterday, had a fantastic couple of hours there and during the interval got chatting to a couple in front of me and they didn't realise that the Circus ring is directly centred under the Tower itself. "Blackpool has so many hotel rooms, so many holiday flats... but not many with any level of comfort. The Park Road Suites are an exception. Very comfortable, clean and reasonably central. We also gained the benefit of free on-site parking. YES, I would stay again YES, you should book!"
