"This was such a bad hotel I have 4 asd kids ages 16 -14 - 12 - 9 but me in wrong room costed a lot of money and ended up in 2 different rooms and the manners of the staff were very rude!! I will be speaking to Blackpool council about this never again will I stay at this hotel very dirty full of flys and not cleaned at all!! I am very upset!! Look at 2 pictures look totally different!! "Everything you could want and the friendliest host! Beautiful room with a very comfy bed, extremely spacious for Blackpool. The location is so convenient for all the attractions, whilst being quiet at night. Unusually for Blackpool, excellent Wi-Fi and TV reception too. Overall the best place we've stayed in Blackpool and fantastic value, we'll definitely come back."
