"More a self catering flat than an hotel however We were happy with it. It is in the suburbs of St Helens a distance from the town centre. St Helens Junction train station is about 5 mins walk, and a good little cafe for breakfast less than 2 mins walk. The area was quiet at night and there are a couple of local shops equally close for such things as milk for drinks.We used it as a base to explore the area hence we only used the kettle and the wifi. Would be happy to use again."

"Nice place. Bigger and nicer than expected. Comfy bed. Big room with a sofa and space to eat / watch TV. Powerful hot rainfall shower. Two loos. Small kitchen area with a hob and small oven. Toaster. Kettle. Few nice bits left to use including shower items and kitchen essentials. Few issues contacting owner as they were locked out of app but extremely helpful by phone. £10 into city in an Uber. Secure parking. "

"Communication was a challenge. We did not receive any communication from the host on how to access the apartment. We also had issue with our Uber to the apartment as the apartment address does not come up in Google maps correctly. We had the hosts phone number by then and he graciously drove the few blocks to pick us and our luggage up and brought us to the location. "We were staying over with friends for 1 night. We had quite a few things booked in Manchester and this was a great base for us. It took 10 minutes in a taxi to get to the restaurant from the apartment and Ubers were there within minutes of ordering with it being so close to the city centre. There was plenty of parking in the car park and road when we arrived. "The property was centrally located which made it easy to get around. We stayed in room 702 which had two single beds in it. The room was clean and spacious enough for two people, beds were really comfy. The bathroom was very clean and had a lovely spacious shower. I phoned reception for an iron and board and a kind young man brought them up for me, and asked if their was anything else he could do for us. Breakfast in the morning was very nice, they had pastries, fruit, yoghurt, cereals and cooked items. We would definitely stay again."
