You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Come to Blacksburg to cheer on the Hokies, or attend graduation and stay in my newly built 3 bedroom/2 full bath home on 2 acres, with a private heated pool in the backyard and play set for the kids. House is surrounded by horses and beautiful mountain views. Bring your family and enjoy the game, or graduation and come home to relax by the heated pool and grill out! House is located only 5 minutes from VT.
Don’t worry about bringing anything, everything you will need is included in your stay. Including cable, WiFi, towels, linens, outdoor grill, and a fully equipped kitchen. there are three bedrooms, with one king bed, one queen and one full and a twin with two full baths. Open concept living room and eat in kitchen. with seating at the bar and an outdoor table and chairs with umbrella.

The pool is open April-Mid October (depending on the weather)

We are also conveniently located to Radford University with a 30 minute drive.

$1200 per night for football weekends and $1500 per night for graduation weekends. I will discount your stay if you have stayed with me before!!!

There is an additional charge of $100 per night per person over 6 people.

I have opened up the booking calendar based on the VT games, and graduation schedule, however I am open to other dates such as parents weekend, move in time or RU graduation. Please reach out for other dates!!!

Perfect home away from home

This home was perfect for our weekend visit to our college student for her birthday. Kelly was flexible and accommodating with check in and check out. Her kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed to make the birthday celebration feel like we were in our own home. The beds were comfortable, the outdoor areas were a nice perk, and the space perfect for our family of five.

Graduation Weekend

This property was such a relaxing oasis from the craziness of Graduation Weekend and a perfect place to host my son's friends to celebrate. It is a beautiful location, and Kelly was very responsive to all of my questions.

Place was well stocked and very clean. Enjoyed the location and the amenities. Had everything needed for kitchen. FYI, there was not a hairdryer there and no shampoo and body wash for shower. We did not realize this before stay.

Great House w/ Almost Everything

The house we clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the necessities you could think of. We didn't get to use the pool due to the weather but loved having the grill to still enjoy some good food. Would have liked to have had a few more pillows on the beds or just better ones (the ones there were very flat). Also no hair dryer, just something we would have expected to be there. Also instructions on how to use the TV/Remotes would have been helpful. Bedroom seemed to have something different than living room- made it a little confusing when looking to watch Football. We did have a small problem with the AC and the owners were very attentive to the problem and got someone out there, but it still never got below 72, which made for a rough night of sleeping for some of us who would have liked to been able to have it at 68. Overall it really was a great house and we would consider staying there again...just have to remember to bring a hair dryer and pillows.

A Great House with Rolling Hillside Views Minutes From Downtown Blacksburg and Virginia Tech

We stayed for our son's graduation weekend. The home is new with an amazing kitchen and a pool. I think we just happened to catch the listing when it first came on the market and were lucky enough to grab it when we could. Check in and checkout was easy, and the owner/host was welcoming and helpful when we had an issue with the access code for the property. The house sits on a hilltop in the middle of a family farm with horses, including a couple of babies who were born shortly before we arrived and during our stay. We enjoyed sitting on the front port drinking coffee in the morning, watching the horses run and graze in the field. Our son lived on Main Street downtown, and the drive was quick and easy to get to his apartment when we needed to for graduation events.
