"I've stayed in alot of hotels and motels over the years working construction. This hotel was horrible, extremely dirty, just gross place. Definitely not worth the 100.00 dollars just because it's by a lake. Just avoid this place. Very dirty."

"This was a great value for the money. The hotel was renovated and clean."

"We had a great experience. We would definitely choose you again."

"The room, lobby and surrounding hotel was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It was a bonus to have an indoor pool which was clean a little bit on the cool side. The continental breakfast was good and the attendant was extremely good at her job."

"Beautiful stay. Regency Room food was great!"

"Read the bad reviews and believe them. I decided to ignore the bad and focus on the good reviews however, this property charges a premium price for unsanitary rooms. We waited a very long time to be seated for an unpleasant dinner with no access to any bar or waiting area due to it being closed to come back to a room with drawers full of mouse poop. Do yourself a favor and pass on this place."

"I stay at Hampton Inns a lot. I was very disappointed with this one. Breakfast was not good either morning (2 night stay) and to top it off, they had no regular cream for coffee this morning. That’s poor planning and not caring. Also, shower head was pointed towards the back wall and could not be adjusted away. You had to lean into the wall to get the water. Probably something you can deal with but the grab bar was right where the water came down. I know why they did it so that water would not...

"Loved the rich character and history of the hotel and city."

"Adorable log cabin that is beautifully done! The grounds and view were beautiful. Our room and bathroom were spotless . Comfortable bed and wonderful pillows! All the ammenities you could want. The hosts were great and the breakfast was delicious! 100% recommend and would stay again!"

"Very convenient location! Having the shuttle to the airport is fantastic. Texas at the front desk was awesome."

"They had an issue with their listing on Expedia. I had screenshot and everything. Expedia wouldn't refund me, because the hotel wouldn't. Unacceptable, when I had screenshot of the issue. Very unprofessional. Front desk employee was not helpful at all and very condescending. No help whatsoever. They are only after your money. I should dispute the charge. I will NEVER book through a 3rd party. Will NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER HOLIDAY INN. Wish I could give 0 stars. Do yourself a favor and stay,...

"Clean facilities and very professional and respectful staff. Thank you!"

"We enjoyed the heated pool!"
