"Needs:
In-room fridge - cupboard space appears to be there for it;
Noise insulation - can hear snoring between floors and can't sleep in with early cleaners;
Ergonomic chair to enable prolonged use for work;
More attentive serving staff - busy talking or doing other things without looking over;
Consistent customer service between staff.
Rooms are nice and clean.
Afternoon tea is generous. "

"Easy access and good location. Staff were superb, welcoming, approachable and professional. Free parking in front of hotel. Room was very good and well presented. Adjacent restaurant was first class."
