"Absolutely loved our stay in St Ives. Green Apple b&b exceeded all expectations and we will definitely be back. Adrian is a truly wonderful host who made us feel comfortable at all times and nothing was too much trouble. He was always available when we needed him and extremely pleasant to talk to. He is very clued up about the area, this helped us a lot. We also aren't the type of family who would normally eat continental breakfast as we prefer a full english, but it was so lovely! "I had a room with balcony and sea view. The couple who run the hotel are very friendly and welcoming. An enjoyable stay and fairly close proximity to maritime museum and some good restaurants. There is quite a steep hill to traverse, but parking is available at the quayside."

The staff, while very nice and helpful, are not available much of the time, the location is somewhat far from the city center and there is no bus service, only taxis which do not operate all the time…I felt the place is truly an inn—mostly a bar/limited restaurant with some nice rooms to let…For guests with their own cars, I’m sure it is far more satisfactory. "
