"Front desk was terrible; explained nothing about the facility and was rude! But the place is outstanding. Food menu should be in the room; had to go to the restaurant to learn there is room services."

"Great hotel if you are visiting McGill, want to stroll around Mount Royal or do some shopping at the Eaton Centre. The hotel has an attached cafe which was great for morning croissants, lunch sandwiches and was the latest opening cafe in the area. Staff were fun and friendly. Renovation work at the hotel meant only one door was working, one elevator was out of order but nothing that couldn't be overcome. The room was large and the beds comfortable. I'd stay here again."

"Nice room, cutrains were a bit off their rod. Adjusting the temp of the room was difficult. It was very warm when i got in, too warm for sleeping. The thermostat was confusing/difficult to adjust. We got in very late feom a flight and I didnt have the patience to fight with it. Other than that, the bed was amazing."
