It was our anniversary and the Jays were playing. My brother and his family flew in from Vancouver and came to watch the game at our hotel and room. They stayed at this hotel previously and loved it and didn’t realize that we booked it there. They felt very comfortable. "

"We had an amazing stay on Oct 23.as we returned from Singapore. As we were checking in, we were told we were receiving a complimentary room upgrade to the Penthouse suite. What??? I don't know what we did to deserve it, but it was such an amazing surprise. The room was beautiful! Thank you to the kind and friendly staff for a much-needed relaxing night. We will definitely stay again during our next trip to Vancouver or next layover. "
