The hotel room that I stayed in was clean. The room assistant did not need to clean room. We just asked to replace towels, throw trash, and provide toilet paper. Lobby attendants answered our questions. One thing I disliked was the parking charge. It was seriously ridiculous. I am a disabled so I received a discount and was charged $35 Canadian dollars per night. Food is very expensive and paying state and federal taxes. I ate at IHOP and ordered 4 plates. Two were $35 and 2 were $29. I gave the waiter my $15 dollar discount and added instead of subtracted. My meal at this place with forced tip was $189 Canadian. Ridiculous food prices everywhere.

Our room was moved to a completely different hotel without notice or compensation, we were charged the same rates but given rooms that were less expensive. We were moved to the Hyatt. The parking situation and elevator situation was absolute chaos. Our room had a dampness issue, and musty smell. We weren’t offered any discount or vouchers. Hotel Staff pursued us to upgrade our room for a fee after saying no thank you many times.

Great place to stay! Four restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner on the property. Large arcade area if you have children they will love it not free but nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
