Perfect home for our short getaway

My family and I enjoyed the home. Very spacious. Everyone had their own room and the three baths was perfect for us. Thanks this made my moms 70th birthday a very special one.

Great stay

A group of friends. Our stay was wonderful. This rental was perfect for an all adult trip. Each room having its own bed was priceless. Beds are a bit low to the floor and the mattress not so comfortable but we made do. Host was attentive, house clean, kitchen had 2 refrigerators. You would be pleased. Note: The bedrooms have no tv.

Yearly Pocono Family getaway

Family Fun

My sister’s family of 4 and my family of 5 stayed for a little getaway and enjoyed everything the home had to offer. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy meals together, rooms for everyone to have their own, an amazing setup for large screen movies with plenty of seating, and games for all ages, including a hot tub! The home was also close to many attractions. We’d recommend the home and would definitely stay again in the future.

Perfect Stay

This was a perfect stay! The property was clean and massive and we all enjoyed our time. It was raining some of the time but we had the game room filled with many games and the hot tub to keep us busy. The host was also available if we needed anything. He was very prompt and kind. Also very responsive to messages. Would definitely book here again.

Fall getaway

Overall the property was very nice, well stocked with kitchen items. Everything worked that we used. Only issue was the description stated 3 bedrooms plus master on the second floor. It only had 3 bedrooms.

Plenty of room

House was just as it was listed it is very close to everything skiing snowboarding indoor water park within 20 minutes also Supermarket bars Wawa very close by nice and private with the woods behind the house there is plenty of room for a lot of people there is actually seven bedrooms also one of the bedrooms has a room attached with bunk beds game room was a blast we barely left the huge TV was great for playoff football and this is the fifth time we have used a VRBO house these owners were absolutely amazing they responded to anything within minutes would highly recommend

Great for large familys

House was great. Will definitely go back Couple things just to note. Tub in master bedroom doesnt work. They do have a coffee pot that does big pot as well as k cups. Bring trash bags tp, paper towels and extra bath towels. They have some but i personally use 2 when showering and i for hot tub. There are 2 fridges with freezer. Owner was very quick to response. The house is deciving from the outside. The large movie room is the room with the white couches. Their is a tv in there and thw 150 inch screen pulls down from the ceiling. I also suggest bringing ice. The ice machine didnt work They did have a wet jet but no pads. But theirs a bucket and mop.. hope this helps. Cant wait to go back

Not as described with poor cleanliness

This property was not as described. There were not as many beds as listed, a number of the key features of the property were broken and was not taken care of well. The sauna did not work and the tv had a crack in the screen, we messaged the owner and they just said “thanks for letting us know.” This place is a frat house and treated like it by the owners and how they treat their guests (they locked the projector down presumably so you can’t take it but by doing so it blocks the ports to plug in a game device). Overall, one of the worst VRBOs we have stated at and should be described far differently than it is in the listing.

Near Perfect

80F for pool when weather was in the 70s did not feel heated. Host couldn't turn it up. This was our only issue. Otherwise house was lovely. Host responded very quickly and honored an early check in and late check out for us. Rooms were spacious too. We had a ball.

Not worth the money- Look elsewhere.

We stayed over 4th of July so priced higher than usual. Definitely not worth the price we paid as place is in need of attention and outdated. Pros: The pool and game room were great and mattress are comfortable. It’s private and quiet. I met the cleaning person and she was lovely. Cons: Place needs major work. A hand towel and toilet paper holder fell off the wall when gently touched, the shower door was off the hinge and there was a whole in the wall in one of the upstairs bedrooms. When I mentioned these to the host, no apology.. Towels weren't put out and are old. (No pool towels.) The kitchen chairs are beyond uncomfortable and kitchen was missing any casserole dishes and decent frying pans . Silverware was terrible. The backyard table was old and without a table cloth couldn’t be used and the cement around the back yard furniture was crumbling in spots. Description is wrong. There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor and three above. Hosts were responsive but in my experience subpar. When I asked about grocery stores and restaurants ahead of time, they said look it up on the internet. And last but not least, there are signs by the doors and contracts to sign threatening to throw you out if you make too much noise. We found these offensive. Also don't come here is you have anyone who is older. I had specifically asked about stairs because my 90 year old mother was coming. No one ever mentioned there are 3 stairs down to the living room area and it isn’t noted in photos. Beds, as mentioned in other reviews are also too low for anyone who is older or has knee or back issues. If you get it on the cheap (<$1000/night) may be ok. If you are large group of 20 it may be worth it, but we won't be back. And FYI this is the first bad review I have ever written in and I don't expect luxury, but I do expect value.

Quiet & Clean

The location and set up of the space was great. We thought we would want to go out to nearby attractions, but we ended up spending all the time indoors and enjoying it. There was a leaking pipe. The property manager was passing through one day, and I told him about it, and he offered to check it out immediately.

Great home that finally is exactly how the listing says it is.

Great home and clean. No issues with any amenities that were listed in the booking. Pool was and hot tub was nice. Wi-Fi was painfully slow though. We could not load anything or update the video games in the basement. The basement was plenty fun with all games working. The kitchen was the main focal point and the large table was great for dinner. There are two fridges and freezers but the oven is extremely small. Overall a great stay and definitely book again.
