We had a wonderful stay! The room was perfect for us. The little bit of extra space and kitchenette was very helpful for our long weekend. The hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious. Very well kept and extremely nice property and loction

Immaculate facility, comfortable, spacious, friendly absolutely loved this hotel! Also you will NEVER find a better breakfast included at a hotel anywhere in the US. We are traveling a lot over the next few months and I am trying to find another Residence to say in because this one was so great! Also a warm pool and a nice gym didn't hurt either! Location was wonderful for our family as well, we arrived tired and ended up walking across the parking lot for dinner. So easy!

We loved this hotel and our room. We stayed here for a trip to kings island. A bonus is the end of each hall has a huge window facing kings island and you can watch their fireworks and drone show from the comfort of the hotel. Very clean, staff was great. We will be back!

Peaceful stay yet close to the interstate. The restaurant and bar were a welcomed plus for convenience. Rooms recently redone with nice amenities in the room. Everything at your fingertips. Staff very helpful.

My husband and I have five children and this was the cheapest of only two hotels that would accommodate a family of our size. When we arrived, check in was simple, our suite was spacious, and very clean. The pool is great for children and the free breakfast bar was amazing. The bed was a little firmer than my body likes, but that was just us, you make love it. An ice machine was right beside our room. When we are in the area, we will only stay in this hotel.

Great hotel, located on the restaurant/shopping strip in Wilmington. The Holiday Inn Robert's Center is where we stay for our annual trip to Wilmington, but was booked to a dog show this year. This H.I. Express was a excellent substitute. It was clean, modern and had good amenities. It was also convenient to our event. It was a brief stay -- just one overnight -- but it was all things I wanted. Great location (easy access to everything without being in the traffic nightmare that is a half-mile to the east), convenient parking, quick check-in. This hotel appears to be fairly new. Room was super clean and fully equipped. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Will definitely use this hotel again for future stays.

We loved staying at the General Denver! The building is beautiful with a unique charm to it. The staff is incredibly friendly! We unintentionally booked a room too small for three people (the website described the room I booked as a Deluxe so I assumed it had a bed and pull out couch.) when it was determined we were actually in the smallest room in the entire hotel, the manager upgraded us to a two bedroom suite at no extra cost. Nice, clean andn quiet place. May not be as quiet during peak season, but we stayed between Christmas and New Years. We were the only ones in the pool! Breakfast options good, staff friendly but not overly so. Sorry we couldn't get a cot when we had 5 people and only 2 queen beds. Expedia should have warned of that when we booked.

The staff was very kind and the room was clean

I tore my dress I was going to wear to a wedding, and I needed a needle and thread to repair it. My husband went down to the front desk, but the person did not have it. She called the hotel next door, and went over to get a little sewing kit. My husband offered to give her a few dollars, but she did not accept it, saying it was part of her job. We believe it was a service beyond the call of duty. Also, the breakfast was tasty, and the premises and room were spotless. Thank you.

Everything was fantastic. The only thing that I could thing of that needed any improvement at all was that the beds were a bit hard for my liking. I am used to memory foam. Great experience overall!
