"The gite was airy and pretty with lots of space for family to relax and choice of outside areas to eat. The salt pool was amazing, beautifully maintained and we used it every day. One thing to be aware of is that the pool’s in the back garden of the owners’ house and overlooked by their dining area. "At first, we were surprised to find that the accommodation is attached to a senior residence. However, it turned out to be a really nice place to stay. The apartment was much bigger than we expected, clean, and comfortable. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the Cognac houses and the downtown area, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Unfortunately, the air conditioning broke down during our stay, but aside from that, we had a pleasant experience."
