"Quick, overnight stay with easy, contactless check-in. Beautiful lake view and very convenient location. Just a word of caution for light sleepers as the walls are paper thin."

Staff was very friendly, helpful and eager to assure we had a good experience. Location is great to many Golden Circle attractions and walking distance to a market and excellent restaurant."

"Loved staying here. There are animals onsite. You can even eat dinner with a view of the cows. The onsite restaurant was good. Wouldn’t recommend paying for breakfast though."

"Wonderful stay at Freya Farm! Jon and his family were readily available and accommodating throughout our stay (even though we had a very late arrival time). Lovely breakfast spread and hosts were keen on ensuring our time in Iceland was memorable. Would highly recommend to those visiting the Golden Circle or the Highlands."

"The cabin is wonderfully cozy and comfortable for a family of four. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking tools, and we loved the thoughtful extras like olive oil, coffee, and tea. Best of all, the hot tub was ready and filled with water right when we checked in, just as promised! Highly recommended. P.T."
