"Lovely, clean, and comfortable room. The bed and mattress were of excellent quality, and I had a very good night's sleep. We had dinner in the restaurant, which was fantastic. The portions were generous, and the food was of a very high standard. We stayed in the family room and, unfortunately, there was a noticeable iron burn mark in the middle of the carpet. "The room was great and facilities clean and well-maintained. This was our final stop along the Hadrian’s Wall Path and a welcome upgrade from campsites along the way. Good value for money and a lively restaurant nearby."

The lady on reception was very friendly, however, she went through several rooms on the computer before finding one that had the keys available when she checked.
