"The staff was attentive and helpful - we got suggestions re where to have dinner nearby and they were overall lovely. The room was very clean, the heat worked perfectly (which was a real bonus bc it was frigid outside), ample towels, there was nothing we wanted that was not already provided. Staff even texted to make sure everything was up to snuff. I highly recommend this hotel. "
