"The room we had was large, but smelled like smoke, despite it being a non-smoking room. The toilet was wobbly, yes totally wobbly and it was a handicapped room. If someone was disabled, they will hurt themselves. The shower was terrible. There was no place to put shampoo/conditioner, except for the floor, which was not ideal. "I’m big on customer service, so I do want to share one piece of feedback. Upon arrival, there was a bell attendant on his phone who did not offer to help, even as my daughter and I struggled to carry our bags up the stairs. That was the only downside of our stay. Otherwise, everything from start to finish was excellent.
