Great location close to everything we wanted to do. Really appreciated the stand fans throughout the house. Plenty of supplies. And we really appreciated not having a “ to do” list before checkout.

Clean house, lots of room. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs. We didn’t use it, but there’s a 4th bedroom and a bar area in the basement.

Great Stay!

We loved the home. The location was perfect. I loved all the little touches in the house. The best place was the screened-in porch. The kitchen was laid out so that it was easy for multiple people to cook. I would stay at this home again. I am looking forward to my next opportunity.

Conveniently Located to IU

Spacious house. Very clean. Loved the screened in back porch. Minutes to walk and drive to IU campus. Minutes to retail shops, college mall and lots of eatery places. It was a perfect place to stay during move in week at IU.

Clean home with plenty of space

Traveled with four kids, my little one slept with us and the older kids all had their own room which was very much appreciated by them. Two living rooms separated by a hallway, so my little one can watch TV while the older ones did some homework in the other living room. Home is clean and well kept. Had great time with the stay, recommended!

Nice home in Bloomington

What surprised me the most about the house was that it doesn’t look very big from the pictures, but it amazed me all the space that was in the house. It’s huge! It is an older home, could use some new paint in a few places, but we had everything that we needed. Me and my husband slept in the king size bed in the lower level and it was a very comfortable bed! We traveled to Bloomington for a HS graduation, for the next graduation we would consider this house again!

The house had a lot of space including a large basement with a washer and dryer. Also very close to campus (walkable). This was great for us as my son had a multiday swim meet and we didn't have to deal with parking on campus. The first day we had no hot water and the electric company had to get inside the house to turn it on - the host requested us to try to be available for a morning appt which we couldn't guarantee. Fortunately they came just as we were leaving. Small thing but hopefully utility concerns can be taken care of before guests arrive.

Good location - safe neighborhood

We found this home to be satisfactory for our purposes (two nights in Bloomington), but slightly tired. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the house had all of the little things that we needed (tea, paper towels, etc). I didn’t understand why there were three sofas and two coffee tables jammed into the front living room, or so many old bath mats in the bathrooms. It was fine though, and host communication was excellent.

The listing said “hot tub.” There is no hot tub. It said, “linens provided.” There were plenty of towels but only two wash cloths for six adults. The king-sized bed downstairs was listed accurately. But there were no heating vents. That would have been good to know before we booked it in December. The kitchen had few mixing bowls or cooking utensils. We improvised what we didn’t bring. It is a nice house in a quiet neighborhood very close to IU. Seating space was terrific.
