Jason is a great host, and his properties are clean and comfortable. An amazing bonus is the remote location on rolling farmland with sheep.

Host was very good about communication and property was clean. We got in very late and basically just slept and left so it met our needs. If your looking for a safe, clean place - this is it. If you are looking for ambiance, cuteness or adorable surroundings - no. Very plain, needs a lot of decorating and structural updates.

Very quiet rural area. About 15-20 minutes from IU campus. Jason was very responsive, great host. Plenty of parking, if you have more than one vehicle. We were there in 100 plus degree heat index weather and the air conditioning kept up quite nicely.
