"The house is lovely, comfortable, gorgeous decor. We also enjoyed walking around the property. My only complaint is the fridge doesn't have an ice maker, and there were no ice cube trays in the freezer, so I'd recommend adding some ice cube trays"

"Great place for some peace and quiet. Loved watching all the different birds that come to the pond. The fishing was excellent! My son and I caught over 50 Bass during our stay. It was a blast."

"While actually being a spacious 3 bedroom house, it had the feeling of being a vacation cabin. It is in an excellent location for getting around Potter-Tioga counties, especially the "Grand Canyon" of PA. The only disappointment was the lack of wildlife. The day we arrived, we saw 7 deer feeding across the street. After that nothing. Unfortunately, this was a common theme throughout the area at this time. We did not have our cell service activated while we were there, so we had no way to ask why...

"One of the most comfortable and well-appointed rentals I've ever stayed in. But if it's hot, like it was, bring a fan if you're hanging around the house in the afternoon as there is no A/C in the open living areas. Otherwise - an excellent and very comfortable rental."

The only downside was that the house was very hot when we arrived and it took a long time to cool the house down. It was a 92 degree July day though. I would like to come back in the Fall because I imagine the view would be outstanding."
