"Lovely stay in the grand Old Dame of Leeds hotels . My first visit since its extensive refurbishment. There is some current building works / internal modifications going on but the hotel is working just fine . Looking forward to trying the new restaurant when its completed"

Nearly Perfect.
"Nice room, very cosy. The bed felt a bit small but was comfy enough. The room was quite warm so we left the windows open at night but it was so noisy at around 4.30am Sunday morning with rowdy people spilling out from the pubs to go to the 24hr McDonalds that faces the building. Good location though ..."
