"A very nice lodge with everything you need for self catering. Is was clean and the beds were comfortable. Excellent location for visiting different places around Cornwall. Being close to the A30 you do get some road noise but it didn't stop us from sleeping. Would definitely return."

"I booked the property for a family of four and can't fault any part of it. The communication throughout was excellent and the property was perfect for our needs. The property is a stones throw from the town centre and harbour but is quiet and peaceful. It was very clean and had all the requirements for a comfortable stay. "The rooms are quite dated, the majority of the pictures shown are for the first floor rooms while the ground floor rooms are lot more dated and feel like the disparity is quite big. The room itself has two bathrooms and the ensuite had a very foul smell when we first entered and the second bathroom had a damp odour to it. The ensuite smell went away after the first night, but the second bathroom smells got worse over time as the ventilator was not working which we mentioned to the property...

"Cottage was great, handy book with info, few treats left for us including treats for our dog. Had a great peaceful comfortable relaxing stay. Some bits id recommend would be an edit to description of closed off garden/front area, couldn’t leave dog out there off lead for toilet as wall very low he could jump it easily if he wanted to. Although instructions were given for location, those using tech would benefit more from coordinates or using the ‘what three words’ function to pin-point...
