"Location location location! We have been coming to this area for 50 years and it was the perfect location - halfway between Coeur d'Alene and Harrison. Great spot on a bay off the lake where wildlife abounds - wild turkey, deer, muskrats, geese, ducks. We even came face to face with a moose on the road to Harrison! The house was a perfect split plan and had everything you could possibly need. The gourmet kitchen was more than stocked with everything you could possibly desire (maybe purchase a cutting board, some chip clips and medium bowls) Great amenities - the firepit was wonderful and we enjoyed going down to the dock. It was bit nippy for the kayaks but hopefully will be back when the weather is more suitable. We enjoyed looking at the wildlife with the provided binoculars, enjoyed sitting out on the extremely oversized back porches. This is where we spent most of our time enjoying that pristine view. The house was extremely clean and ample space for everyone as the rooms were very large. We also enjoyed the little suite downstairs away from the rest of the house. We appreciated the upscale lake decor (no moose or bear motifs - thank you). The ambience is perfect for a lakeside setting. We could not have been more pleased and happy during our stay. We hope to be back one day and will definitely look to rent this place again - it was magical!"

"The house was very nice and gorgeous views of lake!! The hot tub and fire pit were bonuses. The location was perfect for our day trips and back and forth to Coeur d’Alene! Don’t miss Jimmys restaurant! The fried pecan roll French toast life changing! The host was super responsive and helpful. Would love to come back and bring family."

"Everything about the lodging itself was as described. But a few amenities were below expectations. 1-Phone service. We read that cell phone service was sketchy so a landline was provided. But discovered when we arrived that was no longer available. No problem since WiFi was available, right? Wrong. WiFi *was* available but insufficient. 2-WiFi. Our group had a few virtual meetings scheduled. But the weak WiFi meant we could only see and hear the client but we had to turn off our own camera to reduce bandwidth so they could hear our questions. During such calls, none of our 8 men could even text out to family. When we weren't having virtual meetings (which mostly we didn't) we mostly couldn't text a pic out over WiFi or upload to a platform. We could go stand on the street and connect by satellite sometimes. But trees didn't permit a great connection that way either. 3-DVD Player. There *was* a DVD/BluRay player but the remote was nowhere to be found. The buttons on the player only allowed play/pause, stop, and eject. No FF, rewind, or scene select. No way to access special features. We brought a few of our own discs for a movie night and when the scene froze mid-way, we had to start our movie night at the beginning again. Used the DVD player since we were leery we could hope to stream a movie with the insufficient WiFi. ...Really did appreciate the screened out building alongside the stream. Very pleasant place to meet!"

"Beautiful and quiet spot! Yes there are quite a few stairs but I wouldn’t let it deter you from staying! Enough bedding, towels, and kitchen essentials. Communication with the host was always prompt. Access to water toys was a plus along with the boat dock! Only feedback I would give is that the directions and signage to the place and boat launch could be more clear. And we prefer a harder mattress so we found the master bed too soft. Outside of that the place was great!"

"We had a wonderful 4 nights with beautiful views, lots of wildlife and only 20 minutes from Coeur d’Alene. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathrooms were stocked with all the essentials. Our first night there we drove up to two elk in the yard. We also saw deer, turkeys, grouse, and a skunk. It was perfect for the 6 of us."
