We were only about 20mins from the Strip and the Airport. There are also other family outings we were able to enjoy together with the kids. We would definitely come again. "

"Clean property in new home (2025). Beds comfortable. But property is pretty stark. No commonly expected items in the kitchen were available. Had to provide everything ourselves, including coffee filters and water. "

"Location close to the strip was a plus. Enough beds for our group of 10. The pool cleaner did come on Saturday during the day when we weren't expecting them. The game room in the main garage needs ping pong balls. Host was accessible for questions we had. Overall a decent spot for a large group for a weekend trip."

The kitchen was great, though there were a few things I would expect in a "fully stocked" kitchen that weren't there (nothing major, but there weren't dish towels for drying, hot pads, or measuring cups/ spoons). "Family piggybacked off my SEMA attendance. The house was spacious and everything was new. The location was conveniently located to stores and restaurants. If you're planning on making multiple trips to the strip be prepared to battle traffic and parking."
