"We stayed at The Shore Club in Turks and Caicos, and it was a solid choice. The place is clean, well-kept, and everything worked like it should. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone we talked to was polite, knew what they were doing, and didn’t make us feel like a bother. Service was quick and consistent. The food was good across the board. Breakfast was reliable, dinners were well done, and there were enough options that everyone found something they liked. Even the kid ate without a fight. The pool was nice, clean, not overcrowded, and good for both adults and kids. Plenty of chairs and towels, and shade if you wanted it. No complaints there. The beach was beautiful. White sand, clear water, not rocky. Easy to get in and out. Good spot for relaxing or letting the kids play. Overall, The Shore Club is a great place to stay if you want a quiet, comfortable vacation with no major headaches. Would go back without hesitation. "

"Overall a great a trip I would recommend staying here the staff is very friendly, the scenery is great and they have plenty of things to do. The roof top bar brought great views along with very friendly bartenders even at JoJo’s cafe the had great waitresses and a great bartender. The beach staff were great as well very kind and respectful. "

"The property was clean, well-maintained and was family friendly. Grace Bay is beautiful, gorgeous water, and they will pick you up on the beach at your hotel for any water excursions or tours you book. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are free and the beach attendants will set up your spot for you. We tried almost every thing on the menu at Hemingway's and we were never disappointed. The nice little downtown area for shopping and eating is just a short walk from The Sands. Take advantage of the free transportation to The Sands' sister hotels, The Palms and The Shore Club, where you can use the beach and eat at the restaurants. We had excellent food!!"
