DOGS ONLY Guests are responsible for any damages that result from pets. No pets on furniture or in hot tub. Any delays in housekeeping because of pet hair on furniture, Guests agree to pay an additional housekeeping fee of a minimum of $25 with a maximum of $250.00 . Any pet hair found in hot tub or filter will result in a minimum charge of $100. This fee is non refundable.



Cherry On Top is a charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath mountain cabin that sleeps up to four (4) people and offers the following:



King master suite on the UPPER level with 32" flat-screen TV with Direct TV, private bathroom with tub/shower combo, and private balcony

Queen bedroom on MAIN level 32" flat-screen TV with Direct TV

Full bathroom on the MAIN level tub/shower combo  

Kitchen with all black, electric appliances, Keurig, ice maker, and ice trays

Dining area with seating for 4

Washer and dryer on the MAIN level

The great room has a wood-burning fireplace (a starter bundle of firewood provided October 1st- April 1st), 50" flat-screen TV with local cable and DVD player

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:







Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.



Required Fees include $110 Cleaning fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, processing fee, guest service fee, and a 15% lodging tax
