This beautifully constructed Luxury Mountain Home 4BR/4 ½ BA Retreat is exquisitely furnished, and designed for true comfort and enjoyment. With suites, two featuring King beds, one featuring 2 Queens and one featuring 4 Queen bunks each bedroom with private baths. Half bath in the living area serves as a common bathroom for all guest in the living kitchen area. Entire house is beautifully appointed throughout. Great Getaway comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests.

Interior Highlights

• Spacious Living Area: Relax in the living area on either of two reclining sofas or any of two comfortable chairs next to the dual see through fireplace while enjoying the sprawling view through the living area window wall. Large flat screen TV, one in living area and one in kitchen dining area. All with streaming services. Beautiful 27’ ceilings create the perfect backdrop to enjoy the views through the expansive window wall.
• Gourmet Kitchen: Everything new and fully stocked with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, all the amenities you could hope for to cook up a gourmet meal, bar seating, 14-cup drip coffee maker, counter oven and all the accessories make for a perfect experience.
• Dining Space: Gather around the dining table for up to 8 guests.
• Game Room: This property boasts one of the best game rooms for Blue Ridge properties. Downstairs a Pool Table, Arcade, Card Table for 4 players and Bar with stool seating. A 60” TV for viewing and fire place when things get cold.
• Upstairs: A shuffle board in the commons area for those who wake up in a competitive spirt.
• Downstairs Laundry Room: Front Load Washer and Dryer make for convenient use.

• Main Floor Master: King bed, TV, double vanity, large walk-in glass shower.
• Upstairs Second Master: King bed, TV, private bath with double vanity and walk-in shower.
• Upstairs Bunk Room: 2 Pair Queen bunks, TV, private bath with shower/tub combo.
• Downstairs Bedroom: 2 Queen Beds, shared bath with downstairs, double vanity with shower/tub combo. (door can be locked for privacy from game room)

Outdoor Living

• Covered Back Balcony: Step out onto the expansive, furnished deck overlooking the beautiful hilltop view. Enjoy the 65” TV and seating for 14 guests. Also, for those cool nights a gas fire place will warm up those cold hands and feet.
• Covered Front Porch: seating for 8 to enjoy viewing the wildlife and reminiscing.
• Hot Tub: enjoy the hot tub on the lower back deck right off the Game Room. This area also boast seating for 6.
• Parking: Ample space for several vehicles.

Location & Activities

• Mercers Orchards: An 8-minute drive to enjoy one of the best country stores and orchards in Blue Ridge a must see. Be sure and try the fried pies!
• Blue Ridge Access: Just a 10-minute drive to downtown Blue Ridge. Lots of activities, shops and restaurants that will rival and in Atlanta.
