Take in the spectacular views from nearly every room or step out onto the large open deck where you can cozy up next to the wood-burning fireplace or relax in the private 7 person hot tub. If it rains, you are in for a treat to the gentle sound of rain tapping on the metal roof creating soothing sounds as the world slows down around you.

We’re excited to host you at Awenasa Basin! To ensure a safe, relaxing, and respectful stay for everyone, please review the following rules:

No parties or events – This home is intended for quiet enjoyment only.

No smoking or vaping inside the home – A cleaning fee will apply if violated and you will be asked to leave immediately.

Pets are not allowed at this property. If you are found bringing a pet you will be asked to leave immediately and a cleaning fee will apply.

Only registered guests are allowed overnight – No unregistered guests.

Please respect quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM – Especially on the deck and in outdoor areas.

Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 10 AM – Early check-in or late check-out might be available by request.

Dispose of trash properly – Use designated bins and please make sure to only place BAGGED trash in the outside bin.

Outdoor fireplace & grill – Please turn off propane after each use and do not leave any fire unattended.

Report any damages – Accidents happen! Let us know right away so we can address them quickly.
