"Room was too close to the housekeeping room in the hall. Staff woke us up every morning with their loud conversations and slamming doors in the hallway. Also the delivery dock door was underneath our room. Every morning the trucks were very loud and beeping while backing up. Never stayed in a room with so much noise in the early am. "

"The check in was very easy and informative. The room was clean and comfortable. Transportation to the indoor waterpark was quick and we never waited more than 5 minutes. The pool area was amazing and kept the kids entertained for hours. Food was available for a price but I was willing to pay so as not to have to leave the pool area with the kids. Staff was super friendly and helpful. A perfect getaway "
