"The only complaint I had was about the linens. The staff brought fresh towels between four and five o'clock in the evening so I had to go upstairs twice to get linens. Also the trash was not emptied until that time also. The hotel remodel was wonderfully done. The staff was so helpful and we really enjoyed our stay!"

"The beds were comfortable and no sign of bugs. Great TV. Awesome balcony overlooking the woods and watched a bear come by every evening. Good breakfast included which was nice. Overall appearance of the room was good but it’s an older hotel and some things needed repair and a deep cleaning. Not good lighting in the room. The fabric cushions on the chairs were dirty. The ironing board was filthy and wouldn’t close. The bathroom sink had a crack and chip. Tub and toilet were clean however there was mold on the ceiling above the shower and on the corner behind the door. My husband complained about how dirty his socks got from walking on the floor which visibly looked clean but they weren’t. My biggest annoyance which also became funny was the inside door handle fell off every time we shut the door. I finally found the set screw and reattached the handle. Also couldn’t hang up anything cause the clothes rack was falling down."
