"Very old and dirty."

"The outside was maintained nicely and beautiful but as for the inside it wasn’t maintained. The carpet very very old and dirty. Dresser very old they was very hard to open. Sliding door was hard to open track was dirty and old. Ceiling had some damage. Shower curtain was tore and faucets didn’t work well. But staff at the restaurant and bar area was GREAT! Food was good too."

"Room was very spacious and clean. Lots of amenities including free popcorn, coffee, hot chocolate etc. Breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh and hot items to choose from. The only area that could use some TLC was the bathroom in our room. Caulking needed to be redone, the shower door didn't stay closed, plus the door handle of the shower was coming off. But the rainfall showerhead was a nice bonus. Overall, excellent hotel that we would definitely stay at again. "

"This hotel is a hidden gym in my humble opinion. It would fall under the category of outdated for some, but that just added to the charm for me. I will start with my only negative critique, the parking was absolutely atrocious. It was ample, but tight. But once we got parked and made our way in we were greeted by the most delightful clerk, I only wish I could remember her name. Very friendly and she had a mini Jesus on her computer which prompted a great convo and I went to my car and provided her with one of every color. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The ac worked great! The view was wonderful. Literally everything was within walking distance. The breakfast was standard but filling. The wonderful lady attending to breakfast was an absolute delight. All of the wonderful women working here were absolutely delightful. Real mountain charm! They made my anniversary trip special just by being friendly. I wish I could give them all 10 star ratings. In a world where customer service is falling to the wayside these charming ladies more than made up for it. They, more than anything else, set the tone for a wonderful hotel and getaway!"
