"We needed a hotel last minute and found this one. I was skeptical but went with it because it was cheap and close to where we needed to be. I will absolutely stay here again. The rooms were very clean, staff were nice and helpful, and breakfast was amazing. Parking was also great and had easy access from the main strip."

"This property is worth the price ,the service, the quality, the amenities, the location!!!! The focus is to stay on the wilderness of the smoky resort if you go to the Wyndham side that is a timeshare and they will stick it to you. That is not cool. This place has a little bit of everything from a lazy river to a hot tub to a bodacious, indoor waterpark a huge game room, including a bowling 10 to 12 spots to buy all kinds of snacks and foods and even a heated pool in the top deck that was special looking forward for my next day!!!!!!"

"I would say good on the following: - Prime location , easy access for shopping/restaurants and National park. - economical compared to other hotels ( we travelled in non-peak season) - Stay includes parking and Breakfast space for improvements: - I have booked rooms with balcony but was initially provided a room without balcony. I was told that the information was not passed on from Expedia to their system. So I had to wait in parking lot and had to chat with Expedia customer service. - Facility is a bit old, though the reception room and the breakfast area is properly maintained, the individual rooms require a bit more make over. we could see visible wear/tear in the rooms. Few lights were not working. Lift was not working for a day but later fixed, common area and vending machines in the 1st floor is not properly maintained. - It could have been better if the Breakfast menu was slightly changed every day."

"The main public-facing part of the property was amazing especially along the stream in the middle. All staff were very polite and helpful. The room we received was fine…a bit disappointing to see the wall paper and faux crown molding separated from the walls in the hallway of our room along with dirty floors. Overall a fun and pleasant experience for the middle of the week…I’m sure things get a lot busier over the weekends or when there are shows."
