The location was perfect as it was a short drive from town and right on a gorgeous lake, where we had access to canoes and kayaks. We went on a few gorgeous hikes around the area (Whiteside Mountain, High Falls, and Rainbow Fallls at Gorges National Park). I highly recommend staying here, and I can’t wait to book my next trip!"

"The Treehouse Suite at The Calhoun House is a great property. This particular suite is located in a separate building from the other suites, which was ideal for us, as we had our baby and toddler with us. We did not worry about disturbing other guests if he cried or was a little loud. Edward was amazing as we checked in. "I would highly, highly recommend staying at the Historic Berkeley, every attention to detail was met and was above and beyond. The luxury sheets and bedding alone was worth money for this stay. Lots of extras, including coffee in your room, water, cokes, and in the lobby there was gelato and snacks; extremely clean and a great location. Definitely will be going back for our next day soon!"
