"This was definately the cleanest and most organized place we've stayed anywhere. The owners have left lots of games, puzzles, movies etc. Great access to the river and close by many other activities. We can't wait to return to this cabin this summer!"

"This cabin is beautiful and very well maintained. The views of the McKenzie and the quiet surrounds make for a perfect getaway from everyday life. The local restaurants have delicious food and there are a variety of activities for anyone in the area."

One rainy afternoon during our drive through Oregon, we visited Sahalie Falls. It is a beautiful, concealed waterfall in the Williamette National Forest. All the rain had left the moss and trees robust and dark green.

We never made it to the lodge. My wife was 26 weeks pregnant on the 21st of August, the day we were due to check in & she started bleeding heavily & having complications with the pregnancy. Had to take her to get care & we missed our reservation.

Horse Creek Lodge shuttle for MRT was amazing and the general store/restaurant across the bridge was the cats pajamas!
