House sleeps 8 comfortably
- Master bedroom with 2 queen beds and ensuite bath
- Two additional bedrooms, each with 1 queen bed
- Additional full size bath and 1/2 bath
- Fully equipped kitchen with eating area
- Family room comfortably seats all
- Screened front porch with seating as well as back deck
Four acres of property with parking for cars and boat trailers. Inside garage parking for three vehicles or several motorcycles .
Public river access across the road.
NOTE: Private river access requires walking steep downhill trail to shaded area. Travel at your own risk. Very secluded and worth the walk. Path posted No Trespassing....for our guests only.
IMPORTANT FOR FISHING: We recommend the TVA Lake Info app for your phone. You can check daily water release schedule from South Holston Dam (10 miles upriver). Water release will take approx 3 hours to arrive in area in front of rental house. Between water releases, the river can be waded for fishing. We recommend children are always accompanied by an adult when at the river.

We came down for the race to relax and to golf and did all three with comfort, the house is as pictured its quiet awesome veiws, we saw deer every evening had fires overall great experience.

This property was perfect for our stay of 4 adults. Everything was as advertised. Penny reached out several times during our stay to be sure all was good. The views from each room were lovely and the porches were perfect for drinking coffee. We will definitely return to this lovely home.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at John and Penny's property. It was so spacious, so clean, and had everything we needed. Only 15 minutes to Bristol and 20 minutes to Holston Lake. The best part was the view from the screened in porch as we watched a storm pass through. We are very grateful that we found their place to stay!

Our 4th of July getaway was simply wonderful! The property was amazing, cleanliness was a huge factor and this definitely met the standards. The host were very accommodating and made the process super easy. I would recommend this property to anyone and would surely stay again. It’s close enough to everything but also far away enough to have peace and quiet!

The house was great. Penny was very accommodating and polite. Checked in regularly, but not too much. The location was great, short drive to bristol. Deer in the back yard almost daily. Would stay here again if we came back to the area.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin. Our three boys had plenty to do between the four acres and the river just down the hill. The cabin is very large and well kept. Our parents came to help us with the kids, and there was PLENTY of room. The owners were sweet and very accommodating. We highly recommend renting this cabin.
