The neighborhood is ideal for those looking for a quiet retreat but still close enough to the city of Bristol for easy access to amenities and attractions.

As you stroll through downtown Bristol, you'll be captivated by its small-town charm. The State Street Historic District, which runs right through the city center, straddles the Tennessee-Virginia state line, allowing you to stand in two states simultaneously. The district boasts an array of locally-owned shops, boutiques, and galleries housed in beautifully restored buildings. Bristol's claim to fame stems from its role in the early development of country music. The iconic Bristol Sessions, held in 1927, brought together legendary artists like the Carter Family and Jimmie Rodgers, setting the stage for the genre's rise to prominence. To explore this musical heritage, visit the Birthplace of Country Music Museum, where you can immerse yourself in interactive exhibits and learn about the city's significant contributions to American music.

For nature enthusiasts, Bristol offers a wealth of outdoor recreational opportunities. The city is surrounded by picturesque landscapes, with the Appalachian Trail just a short drive away. Take a scenic hike through the rolling hills and immerse yourself in the region's breathtaking beauty. South Holston Lake, a sparkling gem located nearby, is perfect for boating, fishing, or simply relaxing on its tranquil shores.

Sports enthusiasts will find Bristol to be a haven for adrenaline-pumping action. The Bristol Motor Speedway, one of the most iconic NASCAR tracks in the country, hosts exciting races that draw fans from around the world. Witness the roar of engines and experience the thrill of high-speed racing at this legendary venue.
