"The location was good from the airport but that’s about the only thing i experienced good. From the floors or hallway to the room had a bad odor. To the cement flooring in the room to the unclean or stained towels were all bad. Also the hotel had an ice machine, but the room doesn’t have an ice bucket, so went to the front desk & they said that the hotel didn’t supply the rooms with an ice bucket only ice bags. I guess I have to pick another location next time."

"Initial room had all drawers open microwave open, and chair cushion looked like someone had just tossed ion top. Bed had impression of someone had just been lying on it. Sheets on both queen beds had stains and dirt on them. When I went downstairs the front desk woman was extremely nice and found another room that was not adjoining( other one was adjoining and after the condition I didn’t feel comfortable with adjoining room). Next room had some food particles in a corner tea and musty smell. Ac was so loud all night I didn’t sleep. Shower handle was broken and very lukewarm water. I let front desk person know as I was checking out. Again she was apologetic and nice. Breakfast was ok. Do want to say I came down last 15 minutes before breakfast ended and they still had plenty of food choices. Staff was also friendly."

"There is nothing charming about this overpriced cheap hotel. The rooms are very dated. The pillows were flat and when I asked for more pillows the night clerk told me they did not have any but that I could use some towels and a blanket instead (that I would have to come down and get). This was after I'd already gotten in bed so even if they had pillows, you'd think they'd offer to bring them up. The mattress was hard. I had the balcony suite. There is no door between the living area and the bedroom so there's no privacy if you intend to share the space. The balcony is not worth it unless you want to stand there for a photo op. There are no chairs on the balcony. There one chair in the room that you can move out there. There's also no scenic view from the balcony (only a tall building across the street). It's certainly not worth an upgrade. The breakfast was horrible. The scrambled eggs were wet. They were literally sitting in water. The microwave turkey sausage links were overcooked and wrinkled from sitting up too long. The grits were lumpy and dirty. And the seating area look like one too many dogs have been allowed to sit on the comfy couches. They were stained and hairy. We paid $35 a day for valet and there was actually free parking on the street. The valet was not worth it. We had half roll of toilet tissue when we checked in and we had to call three times for tissue. Overall this hotel is not a very good representation of the Hilton brand. I wouldn't stay here again."
