"The staff were very helpful & obliging. The reception area and the corridor’s need an upgrade, the reception area was bare and not welcoming. The room was clean and had a lovely view of the golf course. The only thing we noticed was the entrance to the bathroom needed attention. The water from the shower (we had an accessible bathroom) had rotted the doorway and the bottom of the door. This said, we would stay at Ufford Park hotel again."

"I'd have liked a grab rail on the wall of the shower/bath since as an old person fear of falling is a constant worry."
