"Stayed for one night initially but extended to an extra night. The lady on reception was superb, very welcoming, friendly and approachable. Good sized bedroom, clean, light and airy. Not the best view sadly. Huge, exceptionally comfortable bed, had an excellent nights sleep. Room was quiet. Food in the restaurant in the evening was delicious. I would recommend staying here."

"We had a very pleasant stay. Every member of staff seemed to go out of their way to be helpful. Our room was clean if a little dated and the bed was extremely comfortable .. We enjoyed using the pool and the changing room was fine. We did not have pound coins for the lockers and the hotel is cash free. Maybe advise guests on check in to bring a coin? Food choice was limited but we enjoyed our dinner . Breakfast was fairly standard but plentiful and well organised We would stay again"

"Very friendly staff. I had the opportunity to order an evening meal (Sunday) which was excellent. Breakfast was included which again was excellent. Help yourself to cereal, fruit juice and DIY toast. I ordered the vegan hot breakfast which was brought to me on a plate, everything was hot and cooked to my liking. My room had plenty of space and was quiet, although you could hear other residents shutting their doors. It would have been nice to have had a separate table in the room apart from the dressing table and bedside tables. I found the hot water to be hot at any time of day. The one drawback was, that the grab rails on the bath where fixed, had black mould around the edges. Apart from that, everything else appeared clean and it would not deter me from rebooking again in the future."

"It was friendly clean had all you would need for a stay . Breakfast was very good . Having and iron and board in room excellent also fan brilliant for myself . A lovely last minute stay in a position with beautiful views and convenient position for our evening out . "

"This beautiful, comfortable Hotel is in the heart of Saxmundham, moments from the station. The Helpful Staff, Callum, was wonderful. Everything was clean and comfortable. I would stay again."
