"I enjoyed the buffet breakfast, but the coffee was average at best. Onsite parking is a major rip off. I discovered better options after checking in. Staff was friendly and the property was well maintained. The room was nice too. That said, there are a lot of homeless people in the area as there is a resource shelter a block away. Many of them are clearly troubled with drug addiction and/or mental illness"

"The air conditioner in my room worked but the thermostat would keep defaulting to 74 degrees. I could turn it down and it would cool off but then it wouldn't maintain the temperature unless I got up to turn the AC back on. It meant having to wake up a couple of times throughout the night to turn it back on. "

"It was overall decent but here are some downsides: The dryer was broken and the front desk failed to provide me detergent pods so I wasn’t able to do my laundry at all. The pool water was dirty, turbid and warm, there wasn’t enough shade. I wasn’t able to use the pool at all. The bar doesn’t have any snacks to complement their nice cocktails and I was told to order popcorn instead!?!? Like you can keep some trail mix for your guests. The faucet in the bathroom is so small that one can’t wash their hands without touching the sink. Pillows were so soft, I am used to harder pillows and there was no alternative. There was no welcome drink, no water in the fridge but two little lukewarm bottles on the table which would cost 3$ each. These are not compatible with the price level imo."
