"Never got a hold of the host. Check in instructions is to check in at one address for keys then go to the actual home. Nobody to be found ended up having to go elsewhere luckily got a reservation same day. Now awaiting for my money back ! Absolutely TERRIBLE"

"I am not really the fussy type so i let alot of things slide that normally would cause me to leave hotel room. Between the lack of cleanliness and the bugs it was hard to sleep. I never unpacked because i didnt want to take anything home with me. The TV doesnt work in the living room or master bedroom. The jacuzzi looked fun but with the home being so gross i was afraid to get in."

"The villa was phenomenal and the host was amazing. Super responsive and came to clean the pool for me in the middle.of my stay. In a great area and very safe and secure. Everything was first class. I will use this villa again. Thanks for makimg my vacation unforgettable "

"I felt the property could have been cleaner, fans were very dirty. Oven knobs also difficult to use. Main bathroom shower wasn’t the cleanest. Had odd smell when showering. Power often went out. Host and property manager were very helpful. Property felt secure despite the look and feel of surrounding neighborhood. "
