Friendly and spacious. Coolee rooms

Friendly, WiFi was good for the area. My 6 kids and I felt comfortable. The showers and bathroom werr clean. The floors felt a bit sticky, bring your own drinks and snacks. No fridge or microwave.

We had 3 rooms. Nothing worked right. No one showed us the room and how to turn the air conditioner on initially. After telling us it worked, it did NOT. We needed to change rooms. Another room had a leak and water went on suitcase and all over floor. The pool looks much better in photo. The hotel and rooms smelled of humidity. Even though we got rooms for 4 people, there weren’t enough towels.

Esta mal el servicio ya que en la habitación no habia shampoo y tuve que esperar mas de 30min para que me trajeran el shampoo y mis hijos todos mojados y tuve que ir a insistir 4 veces para que me trajera el shampo y su actitud de la chica de recepción fue fatal .

Arrepentido de haber seleccionado este hotel. Sucio, con cucarachas, larvas de mosco en agua estancada en el baño. Instalaciones viejas, camas, almohadas y sábanas en mal estado. De dos días reservados preferimos abandonar el hotel después del primer día. Nada recomendable.

Las habitaciones bien, limpias cómodas las almohadas súper ricas, lo malo es que no hay limpieza con la gente que sale de la alberca al elevador, hay llave de cerrojo y no tarjeta y no hay un buen horario de restaurante

Este es uno de los hoteles Misión más malos en los que me he hospedado, que lástima que la cadena hotelera tan prestigiosa opere un hotel en tal mañas condiciones. - Puertas, paredes, camas,en muy mal estado - Cortinas de ventanas rotas - Palanca de jalar de la taza del baño sin servir - La regadera se inunda - Grifo del lavabo sin servir - Toallas muy sucias - La camarera solo entra a tender las camas y no hace limpieza - Se le indica al perspnal en turno todas estas anomalias y hacen caso omiso.

El hotel tiene insectos como cucarachas y otros insectos que causan picaduras, el baño es muy pequeño, y del lavamanos no sale agua fría, siempre sale agua caliente casi hirviendo, tiene muy buena ubicación cerca de la playa y del Soriana y la plaza mocambo

El baño es muy pequeño e incómodo, hay cucarachas y otros insectos que causan picaduras, el lava manos solo tiene agua caliente casi a ebullición y no se pueden lavar las manos , el personal es amable y está muy bien ubicado con respecto a la playa, el Soriana y plaza Mocambo.
