1er acto la habitacion a la que llego no funciona la luz de ninguna parte 2o acto, me dan otra habitacion planta baja oliendo a humedad espantoso con las camas mojadas, y el wc no funciona 3er acto solicito una habitacion funcional, no me la dan, solicito un reembolso, no me lo dan, meto una queja a Expedia y por supuesto me voy a un hotel decente, Moraleja No se crean todo lo que dicen los hoteles, tampoco cuenta con desayuno incluido.

No me gustó que en la tiendita realmente hay botana, algo de aseo personal, estaría bueno o tal vez medicamentos básicos como aspirina o treda. En el restaurante hace muchísimo calor, hay ventiladores pero no refrescan. El elevador no ha tenido mantenimiento y tiene algunos daños al interior.

Pésimo estacionamiento, los empleados no tienen ni idea de servicio al cliente, buscas soluciones y no hay nadie que te atienda, el personal de recepción da respuestas pésimas, el personal que debería ayudar con el equipaje no hace nada.

Le hace falta mantenimiento la recepcionista del sábado muy descortés, está limpio el baño y sábanas pero encontramos cucarachas le falta limpieza al elevador le falta pintura en general las puertas sucias y es molesto que tengas que cargar los controles y que te pongan pulsera cuando no es todo incluido, el agua del jacuzzi súper sucia, el mesero Mario excelente su atención.
