Property is immaculately natural and blends with the habitat. Being on the beach is just breathtaking and convenient. The ocean view and sounds of the waves are to die for. Just love it immensely

Amazing!!!

Staff was incredible and the hotel was gorgeous! They go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible and will even book tours, etc. on your behalf! It made getting around the city so much more stress free!

Nice appereance and concept, the price is high for what is offered. Some things to mention: lobby without AC, being near the ocean needs a lot of maintenance one can see rust in several places, I had to ask to reconfigure my key card two of the three mornings, because it didn’t worked, when I asked to check out later, one person (apparently shift responsible) without even checking told me there was no way to do it, meanwhile the person checking the system was saying that was possible, very disappointing situation. I had to remind them to cancel the not used deposit.

Increíble estancia, habitaciones súper confortables la cama y las almohadas deliciosas con una decoración súper bonita; la alberca increíble, la cercanía a la playa y la atención con el menú de Villarrica en el propio Restaurante del hotel es increíble. La atención de Guillermo en el restaurante espectacular y no se diga la de Maria en recepción, muy atenta y amable. Volveremos pronto

Fue una gran experiencia!! La playa es una belleza, a quienes nos gusta entrar al mar, es una oportunidad para pasar horas ahí, además, la alberca está climatizada y tiene horario extendido de uso hasta las 11pm, al igual que el jacuzzi. Tomamos el desayuno incluido, totalmente recomendado, sus porciones son muy generosas. Al estar el hotel junto al restaurante, se come delicioso, sin duda alguna espero volver pronto!! Recomendado al 100
