"We stayed in the interconnecting rooms 104/105 which becomes a family room with two double beds. It was perfect for our needs as our adult son was near, so chatting and coffee etc whilst getting ready and in the evening was easy. Rooms nicely decorated and the bathrooms lovely and roomy,with plenty of shelving for toiletries etc. The bathrooms have the wall type hair dryer which are good /ok but if you’re fussy take a travel one. One of the rooms has a balcony with little seats over the front of the hotel. There is a little kitchenette with fridge/sink/microwave which came in handy. All in all a really good find and of course the staff were helpful and Krakow is a little gem of a city."

"Clean room it was incredible. I love decoration. I love the frequency of the inside of the hotel. I love the smell and very clean every room people very friendly, always smiling. Very helpful. Anytime when I visit Poland, I always stay on that hotel. I love that and thank you very much. I'm very appreciate for the stuff professional thank you so much!!!"

"Air conditioning in the middle of Europe’s heatwave that I had to turn down, it worked so well. The staff spoke English, which was helpful and they were very accommodating. The room was large, with a sitting area and a heated tile floor in the bathroom. My only complaint would be the slight smell of cigarette smoke emitting up from the basement casino."

"This hotel was a gem ! It had an intimate feel to it .My room was much larger than I expected for the price, and the bed and pillows let me sleep like a baby ! The bathroom had a beautiful huge soaking tub and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Do not hesitate to stay here ..Located close to everything but on a quiet street ."
