"In the middle of the city, tucked away behind the buildings is Bialy Dom. Our room had plenty of space with a nice bathroom. The restaurant out front looked like it had great choices although we had already eaten. Would def stay again if I were in the area."

"The Hostel is great for the price.
The cleaning lady is working nonstop, and the results are visible. Receptionists are kind and helpful. The location is excellent! About a 10-minute walk from the castle.
The negatives are that there are only 4 bathrooms for everybody, with 3 showers. On weekends, when there are more people, it can get busy. Moreover, during peak shower usage, if you are the last one, the warm water may have run out.
I stayed for two weeks, and I would go back. I paid about 50...

"The cleanliness in the room was shocking. Primarily the bed linen, they use grey fluffy blankets as a mattress protector. There was black fluff, bits of crisps, stained linen, brown marks on the blankets.
It smelt like damp in the whole room. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from next door and hallways.
Never again ! "

"Good hotel, right near the tram line. Helpful staff.
No kitchen facilities in the room (not even a cup, cutlery, a kettle), had to go to a kitchen on a different floor. "

"Beautiful hotel in the heart of krakow, within easy walking access of all the sites although in a nice quiet area. Staff were very helpful and friendly, even booked our trip to Auschwitz and Birkenhau for us before we arrived after I emailed them. Happy hour between 4 - 6 everyday was a bonus too. Booked bed and breakfast but decided to eat in the hotel restaurant on the first evening, food was superb. Would definitely recommend this hotel"
"Lovely stay our room (30) was absolutely perfect, plenty of space, clean & comfy bed.
The staff were super helpful & we could leave our bags while we explored the town on our last day."
"This hotel is in a really convenient location, within walking distance to the market square and bars, restaurants etc. The castle and river are also very nearby.
It's a great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is really good too, well worth paying extra for.
This is the second time I've stayed here and I would definitely go back there again."
"Hotel was just excellent. Location is great, right next to the main train station in Krakow, and a couple minutes away from the main/old town square. Hotel staff were excellent, super friendly and helpful, and my partner and I got a free room upgrade. Room was excellent, clean, comfortable.
Couldn’t be happier with our stay here, and we will definitely be staying here again when we come back. "
