"In the middle of the city, tucked away behind the buildings is Bialy Dom. Our room had plenty of space with a nice bathroom. The restaurant out front looked like it had great choices although we had already eaten. Would def stay again if I were in the area."

"The cleanliness in the room was shocking. Primarily the bed linen, they use grey fluffy blankets as a mattress protector. There was black fluff, bits of crisps, stained linen, brown marks on the blankets.
It smelt like damp in the whole room. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from next door and hallways.
Never again ! "

"Good hotel, right near the tram line. Helpful staff.
No kitchen facilities in the room (not even a cup, cutlery, a kettle), had to go to a kitchen on a different floor. "

"The Hostel is great for the price.
The cleaning lady is working nonstop, and the results are visible. Receptionists are kind and helpful. The location is excellent! About a 10-minute walk from the castle.
The negatives are that there are only 4 bathrooms for everybody, with 3 showers. On weekends, when there are more people, it can get busy. Moreover, during peak shower usage, if you are the last one, the warm water may have run out.
I stayed for two weeks, and I would go back. I paid about 50...

Radisson RED Hotel & Radisson RED Apartments, Kraków
10/10 Excellent
"Really pretty and updated hotel. Only downside is the tram is really close accross the street but it was hard to figure out because its a crazy 6 way intersection, the hotel is above and the tram pickups is under and it was kinda hard to figure out."
"The hotel was spotless with friendly staff. Fully recommend especially with the rate we paid. Would be nice to have breakfast included or for a reasonable rate as it was a little expensive."
"The room: huge, spotless, comfortable, everything you need.
The staff: Very friendly and helpful.
The location: Excellent for old town and Jewish quarter. Central but also quiet and right next to the train station and a supermarket.
The food: We didn't have the breakfast, we had dinner one evening and this was very nice."
"I wasn't too happy paying more than the original quoted price, a rise from about1500 zl to 18 00 zl, but at least my room had been upgraded to a business class room.
The room, as was the hotel, cosy and warm during a very cold Polish winter.
Breakfast would be better if a freshly made breakfast were offered as well as the buffet. The staff were all friendly and helpful and knew English well."
"Very spacious, clean and well presented room. The staff was professional, helpful and efficient. The location was amazing. Couple of minutes walk to the train station, short walk to Old Town and numerous restaurants and 25 minutes walk to the Jewish Quarter. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Tribe Hotel. "
