"really nice and not too far away from old town, only problem was we got told we needed to get a key for the apartment from the security, we went to the security and she didn’t speak any english so we struggled communicating. we then found out we didn’t need a key and actually needed a code which we were told it had been sent to us which it hadn’t. we eventually got it. "

"The street-level entrance foyer, stairs, and first floor hallway are dirty, poorly maintained, and poorly lit. The building entrance door remained wide-open to public traffic during business hours (there is a first floor Art Gallery next to the apartment). The photographs of the partly-renovated apartment are generally accurate. Too bad they did not fix the spongy places in the subfloor under that new laminate!
