"Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. They sound genuinely interested in your day and are helpful whether you arrive at 6pm, come back to the hotel at 2am or go out at 9am! Rooms are nice with good bathrooms. Good temperature in the room. Breakfast is pricey for what it is in comparison to the local area, but it did have some variety and it is probably a fair price for the quality of hotel. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Krakow."

"Hotel, location, staff all excellent staff. We didn't particularly enjoy the breakfast, but that was just personal preference and nothing to do with the selection on offer. Special shout to Vladis-Lav, who was on reception in the evening, so very helpful. Also I would recomend the pick up/drop off car service to the the airport"

"We stayed in this beautiful hotel as a party of three in two separate rooms. When we arrived we were greeted by a polite and professional young man at the reception. Our rooms were spotless and tastefully furnished. Free bottled water ,coffee and tea sachets were provided. The bed was super comfy and I slept really well. Each room has its own air conditioning system so the temperature can be adjusted to suit ones needs. There is ample space to store luggage etc. I sampled their breakfast which was a buffet. There were food choices to suit everyone . Cold meats ,bread ,pastries and hot foods:sausages ,beans ,eggs etc. Plenty of coffee and juices . Yoghurt's ,fruits - everything one could ask for . A little gluten free station was provided too. I do not drink but the bar area looked well stocked and inviting. I did have a coffee at the bar though and it was very nice and served with a smile. Staff were great ,very helpful and very polite . The young man who greeted us initially was so lovely - I am sorry ,I forgot his name . Amelia was another reception staff who was lovely and helpful too. Katarzyna made sure our rooms were spotless- thank you. We had a fantastic time at this hotel and I am planning to return at some point. "
