"The hotel was in a convenient location, a huge mall and train/bus station is a 5-minute walk from the hotel and Old Town is about 8 minutes away. The staff were nice and welcoming however, the room was not properly cleaned and was very dusty. We had to wipe down the furniture before settling in and my allergies were acting up due to the dust. Cleanliness was the only negative of our experience while everything else was nice. "

"Firstly I need to talk about how wonderful the staff are . The receptionist and concierge were extraordinary. My mum had a fall on the first day and then couldn’t walk. They helped us with a wheelchair, helped her in and out of the hotel and even get a photo of my passport to send to me when I was out and forgot my id. The care and kindness was incredible. The hotel itself is beautiful, in the most perfect location in the old town, looking at the city wall. The rooms were comfortable, clean and warm and the breakfast was delicious with lots of choice . The fresh fruit was wonderful. I would not hesitate to come back to this hotel ."

"I stayed at this Hotel for a couple nights. All the staff I dealt with were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, but the decor needs refreshing. I had dinner in the Bar area on two occasions and the food was fantastic - well done to the Chefs. During the second night visit to the Bar, it was quite busy and there was only one operative doing everything (serving, making cocktails, clearing tables etc). I saw people including myself had to get up on several occasions to request for drinks or the bill. After I left the Bar, I went straight to the Front Desk and spoke with a Receptionist. On a positive note, the waiter operative was very friendly and did all that he could, so a massive well done to Roman. The location was fantastic and I would definitely consider staying again if I return to Krakow. Overall, it was a positive stay. "

"Clean, comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful with the need for extra pillows. We didn’t have breakfast but you can pay for it if you wish. Only issue was the lighting panel was on the headboard and it kept waking us up when one of us moved in the night and only way to stop this was to take the key card out the wall meaning no power, was a little frustrating. Prefect location for the train station though and easy access to shops, would definitely recommend if your on a budget and we would stay again. "

"Our group stayed in two different rooms and both met our needs — especially clean and quiet for 5 nights. Would stay there again and highly recommend it. Staff was also helpful with home-cooking restaurant recommendations nearby and holding our luggage for 6 hours after our check out enabling us to have an easier visit to two museums. Loved having the green space immediately outside the entrance to get us out and walking into a park-like setting, convenient to trams, and central station for longer distance exploration. "
