"Immaculate hotel. Lovely staff, large selection on breakfast menu with hot food cooked to order. We received a bottle of Prosecco on arrival, free mini fridge with fresh water and soft drinks topped up daily. We Aldi received a bottle of wine on our last night free of charge. Excellent location."

"The cleanliness and appearance of the hotel was faultless . Even though close to the station , the noise disruption was minimal . Breakfast is a basic continental style, but perfectly adequate. Restaurants nearby and plenty of shops on the street , but also the station is literally next door and has a very large selection of shops and places to eat . If using for a base , this place is ideal - travelled to Auschwitz, salt mines and Zakopane from there - train tickets are cheaper than Uk and trains are very efficient and spotless . If in Krakow again, I would use again for sure "

"Apartment was perrty clean and had all required amentities (fridge, oven, cooking stove, pots and pans). The mattress was very soft. Zabka is right in the building. Bathroom was pretty spacious. The only problem was the smell coming out of the shower drain, that was something between stagtant water smell and sewage smell. Because of this it was difficult to use bathroom for a long time. However, thanks to the door the smell did not penetrate into other parts of the apartment. "
